- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
- Deliver an exceptional customer shopping experience.
- Build strong customer relationships and promote customer loyalty.
- Maintain excellent visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Support daily store operations, POS transactions, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures.
- Monitor stock levels, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
- Support and collaborate with the store team to achieve business objectives.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with ANTA policies, mall regulations, and operational standards.
- Prepare and support daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of retail sales experience, preferably in sportswear, fashion, lifestyle, or footwear.
- Previous UAE retail experience is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Passion for sports, fashion, retail, and customer service.
- Positive, energetic, and customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
