Position Overview Spa Guest Services Executive at Atlantis The Royal in Dubai, UAE plays a vital role in delivering exceptional wellness and luxury hospitality experiences. This position focuses on front-facing spa guest services, premium customer engagement, and seamless coordination within a five‑star wellness facility at one of Dubai's most prestigious ultra‑luxury resorts.

Location:
UAE, Dubai. Industry: Hospitality. Function: Guest Services‑Concierge.

Salary:
8000‑11000 monthly (Market estimated). Full‑time.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome spa guests warmly across all contact channels including in‑person, phone, and digital communication
- Provide detailed information about spa treatments, wellness programs, and retail products
- Coordinate guest appointments, facility access, and service flow within the wellness center
- Maintain professional consultation standards while handling sensitive guest information with discretion
- Promote spa services and products using effective interpersonal and sales techniques
- Collaborate with therapists and wellness professionals to ensure seamless guest journeys
- Uphold five‑star luxury hospitality standards at every guest interaction Ideal Profile
- Previous experience in a luxury spa, resort spa, hotel spa, or high‑end hospitality environment
- Background in front office, guest relations, reservations, or club lounge operations is advantageous
- Excellent personal presentation and professional grooming standards
- Strong communication skills with emotional intelligence and service awareness
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced wellness setting
- Computer literacy and fluency in English are essential Skills Set
