Title: Lead Surface Technology Engineer

KBR Abu Dhabi is currently looking to fill a position of Lead Surface Technology Engineer for a PMC Offshore project to be based in Abu Dhabi Client office. The Client is undergoing a substantial transformation with notable changes in technology, the emergence of Artificial Intelligence, and the growing adoption of autonomous operations. The new project requirements remain aligned with the progression in industry standards, pioneering in technology and the digital era.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop Client Operations Technical, Core Business Technology strategy, setting up processes and procedures for accelerated adoption.
2. Maintain and manage client Operations technology roadmaps in line with company's objectives, contribute to Autonomous Operation Journey and ensure timely delivery of technology KPIs.
3. Formulate and implement a comprehensive AI strategy encompassing the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions across operations.
4. Manage the AIQ portfolio to scale AI products within OPCO, driving efficiency improvements, operational enhancements, and sustainable growth.

Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Subsurface discipline; an advanced degree is preferable.
- 12+ years of experience, including at least 5 years in a Senior Engineer position in the subsurface function within the oil & Gas industry.
