One Investments is looking for an experienced Head of Recruitment to lead and scale our talent acquisition function as(Parser) we continue our growth journey. This is a senior leadership role for someone who can build high‑performing recruitment teams, attract top‑tier talent, and partner closely with leadership to drive business success. Key Responsibilities - Lead and oversee the end‑to‑end recruitment strategy across all business units - Build, manage, and mentor a high‑performing recruitment team - Partner with senior stakeholders to understand hiringpom needs and workforce planning - Develop scalable recruitment processes, systems, and KPIs - Drive employer branding and talent attraction initiatives - Manage senior, executive, and high‑impact hires - Ensure best practices, compliance, and market competitiveness in hiring Requirements - Proven experience in aMetro senior recruitment leadership role (Head of Recruitment / TA Director or similar) - Strong background in high‑volume and strategic hiring - Experience recruiting senior and executive‑level talent - Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills욕 - Data‑driven mindset with the ability to optimize recruitment performance - Experience in fast‑growing or dynamic organizations is highly preferred What We Offer - Competitive salary of AED 50,000 per month - Opportunity to lead recruitment for a growing investment firm - Direct impact on company growth and talent strategy - Collaborative and ambitious leadership environment Seniority Level Director Employment Type Full‑time Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates #J-18808-Ljbffr
