Responsibilities - Manage a team of Sales Advisors - Ensure proper understanding and deployment of the House's strategy. - Effective management of Sales Advisors and Supervisor, ensuring efficient collaboration and synergies within the team. - Convey trust in team members and maximize the team's potential by defining development and growth opportunities. - Coach and mentor team members to reach their full potential through prompt feedback and regular performance reviews on results and competencies. - Set and communicate clear expectations for the team by defining both individual and boutique objectives while promoting team ownership and accountability. - Act as strategic partner to the Retail Director - Lead key projects and strategy implementation. - Act as key decision maker and significant contributor to projects. - Take ownership of key strategic projects. - Build relationships within the retail community to enrich competitor insight and communicate key information with the Boutique Manager. - Represent the brand at all times, embodying the image of the brand. - Prioritise long term vision over short term gains. - Use the Chanel Brand Image as a filter in decision making. - Drive the business and ensure the ultimate client experience - Ensure excellence in client experience and services, working closely with Retail Director, L&D and After Sales Managers to create and implement effective action plans. - Support coaching, feedback and development. - Monitor business indicators and collaborate with High‑End Business Manager to implement effective business action plans. - Analyse KPI’s, possess a 360° view of business activity and implement strategies accordingly.
