Assistant Front Office Manager Traders Hotel Qaryat Al Beri Abu Dhabi We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic Assistant Front Office Manager to join the Traders Hotel family. The selected candidate shall be the face of the hotel with a pleasing personality to welcome assist and ensure guest experience are cared for. What are we looking for - Degree from an accredited university in Hotel Management Hospitality Business Administration or related field - Minimum 03 years experience in a managerial role in an upscale hotel. - Good understanding of Property Management System - Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business demands. - Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail - Good communicator with fluency in English. - Proven organizational skills able to set and meet deadlines. - Executive presence self-assured exuding quiet confidence and humility - Lives and breathes the Shangri-La values. What will you do - Responsible for overseeing and supervising the operations of the Front Desk Guest Services Bell Door Concierge and Night Audit - Ensures that all Front Office Policies and Procedures are adhered to. - Ensures VIP procedures are being met or exceeded daily for all Guests. - Coordinate the Arrival Stay and Departure experience for all Guests. - To understand and promote the hotels and departmental vision. - Provide direction and support to Guest Relations Managers Front Office supervisory positions and Ambassadors in their daily tasks relating to their roles. - Ensure that all Front Office team have the supplies needed to perform their duties. - Responsible for ensuring consistency in exceeding guest service expectations. - Energize the brand by promoting our Guest loyalty program. - Ensure cash handling and credit policies/procedures are followed. - Maintain a high standard of professionalism amongst Front Office colleagues. - Empathetically listen to client queries/complaints and work with colleagues to find solutions. Rooms start at a spacious 32 square metres and feature a stylish design of warm tones and comfortable furnishings. For travellers requiring the highest levels of service and attention the hotel also offers 80 Traders Club rooms on the seventh eighth and ninth floor as well as suites on the first to seventh floor.
