About The Opportunity

M42 is seeking a motivated and talented UAE National to join our team as a Senior Auditor, contributing to shaping the future of healthcare. This role presents an exciting growth opportunity for individuals eager to make an impact. We're searching for a Senior Auditor for M42's Internal Audit team. You'll be working across financial, operational, IT, and cybersecurity audits to ensure compliance, integrity, and excellence in everything we do.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of risk management, governance, and controls.
2. Assess financial operations, IT systems, cybersecurity protocols, and regulatory compliance to identify potential risks.
3. Identify inefficiencies and fraud risks, offering strategic recommendations to enhance business operations.
4. Collaborate with finance, IT, and compliance teams to implement best practices and corrective actions.
5. Ensure adherence to key regulatory standards (ISO, HIPAA, GDPR, SOX, etc.) and support regulatory audits.
6. Prepare and present audit reports to senior management with actionable insights.
7. Shape the annual audit plan, aligning it with M42's business goals and future growth strategies.

Qualifications

1. Must be a UAE National with a family book.
2. Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A CPA, CIA, or CISA certification is highly preferred.
3. 5+ years of internal audit experience in healthcare, technology, or financial services (Management consulting experience is a plus).
4. Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk assessment methodologies, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
5. Familiarity with healthcare technology, cybersecurity audits, and data privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001, etc.) is a plus.
6. Proficiency in audit tools, data analytics, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
7. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
