To assist with the FM Operations with all transport-related duties. The driver responsibilities include dropping and picking up staff from the accommodation and site. Coordination with site team for arranging the material from the store as per site requirements. Maintaining the vehicle travel log, perform routine checks on the company vehicle, ensuring the vehicles are in good condition always.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Safely transporting company staff as well as materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner.
- Assisting with the team for loading and offloading of materials required on site.
- Promptly informing the company of any violation/fines issued against the company vehicle during work hours.
- Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking.
- Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance.
- Providing accurate time records of the company vehicle's coming and goings.
- Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management.
- Good understanding of the authority rules and regulations.
- Ensures that RAKP Health and Safety Policy are being followed and to immediately report any potential hazards, issues or incidents that may harm the business, people and or the brand.
- To perform any additional tasks assigned by the Line Manager or by the Department Head.
- Follow the road safety regulations all the times.
- Be punctual to the designated time and place, good behavior, excellent manners and helping attitude.
- Maintain the highest level of customer service at all times.

Ensure compliance with the company's policies, rules and procedures related to Health, Safety and Environmental Management.

Requisite Qualifications:

- Secondary School or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.

Experience Requirement:

- Minimum 3-5 Years of Experience in driving.
- Experience in providing transportation services.

Skill Sets:

- Sound knowledge of road safety regulations.
- Working knowledge of local roads and routes.
- Excellent navigational skills, ability to utilize maps, GPS systems, and car manuals.
