Job Description
MISBAR Communications, a leading public relations and strategic communication agency in the UAE, is seeking an experienced Bilingual PR Account Manager to lead and manage a portfolio of leading governmental institutions. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in managing sensitive and high-impact government communications, with the capacity to represent the agency in secondment roles within government entities when needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic lead and primary liaison for a portfolio of high-profile government clients, ensuring alignment with national priorities, institutional values, and communication goals.
- Act as an embedded communications advisor through secondment assignments, representing MISBAR with professionalism, discretion, and strategic insight.
- Lead the development and execution of integrated PR strategies that support policy communication, public outreach, and reputation management for government entities.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior government stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Develop content and messaging, including speeches, press releases, opinion pieces, and official statements, ensuring tone and accuracy align with government communication protocols.
- Identify proactive media opportunities, secure interviews, and manage media engagements across print, broadcast, and digital platforms.
- Oversee the planning and execution of press conferences, official events, and media campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and public sentiment to prepare data-driven reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Represent MISBAR at strategic meetings, client briefings, and sector events as needed. Qualifications &

Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in public relations or government communication, preferably with an agency or public sector background.
- Proven ability to manage and advise senior government officials and lead communications in policy-driven and high-stakes environments.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills in both languages.
- Deep understanding of the media landscape in the UAE and GCC, including strong relationships with key journalists and editors.
- Strong command of crisis communication, reputation management, and strategic messaging.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communication, Journalism, Political Science, or a related field.
