  • Keep clients abreast of progress and answer their questions
  • Manage and support other members of the internal communications team team
  • Draft messages or scripts from senior executives for presentation to employees in written or spoken form
  • Ensure internal communication messages are consistent with external communication messages
  • Handle the internal communication response to crisis situations which affect organisational perception and reputation

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an internal communication and/or employee engagement role.
  • Possesses outstanding oral and written communications ss including superior writing, grammar, editing and proofreading ss.
  • Demonstrated ability to think ytically and develop solutions that meet the business needs of the firm.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative ss with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently deliver high quality results on-time and on-budget.
  • Highly motivated, persuasive, priority-driven and collaborative.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in small and large groups.
  • Consistently demonstrates strong business aen and judgment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
