Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with QA team and stakeholders for test plan development.
  • Create and maintain detailed test cases, scripts, and data sets.
  • Execute manual and automated testing, focusing on defect identification and resolution.
  • Perform regression testing and ensure seamless software integration.
  • Conduct performance testing for responsiveness, stability, and scalability.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and maintain comprehensive test documentation.
  • Generate and communicate test reports, emphasizing key findings.

  • Collaborate with vendor and partner teams for defect triage and testing reports.
  • Manage vendor relationships in IT Quality Assurance, ensuring contract adherence.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6-8 years of Quality Assurance experience with strong software testing knowledge.
  • Previous experience in testing for SAP implementations.
  • Preferably with experience in a multi-industry organization across functions like Corporate Finance and Retail.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong QA methodologies, tools, and processes knowledge.
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and managing remote testing teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, independent, resourceful, and effective in a team environment.
