Key Responsibilities:

  • Design develop test and maintain CRM applications using Zoho CRM and other relevant technologies
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs
  • Develop and implement new features and integrations with Zoho CRM as well as with other thirdparty applications and services
  • Ensure highquality code and adhere to coding standards and best practices
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to peers
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues with CRM applications and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Stay uptodate with the latest developments and best practices in CRM development and apply this knowledge to improve our CRM applications
  • Collaborate with QA team to ensure highquality testing and debugging of CRM applications
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for CRM applications and features
  • Participate in Agile development methodologies and contribute to sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in fullstack development with a focus on CRM development
  • Strong experience with Zoho CRM including API development customization and integration
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript HTML/CSS and PHP
  • Experience with frontend frameworks such as React Angular or
  • Experience with backend technologies such as PHP Laravel
  • Strong understanding of database concepts and experience with database management systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with CRM integration with other thirdparty applications and services
  • Knowledge of cloudbased technologies such as AWS or Azure
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Android and IOS app experience
