What you will need to do:
- Lead an established team of Section Heads and Engineers to secure the completion of the project within time and budget.
- Manage direct multifaceted construction activities including subcontractors and personnel
- Ensure all construction activities are performed safely and in compliance with applicable policies standards guidelines and procedures
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and take responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction for construction and completions activities
- Provide Construction support to Project Management during the initial planning phase of the project
- Participate in Constructability and 3D model review sessions
- Build and Manage effective Construction teams
- Ensure all construction activities are performed in accordance with project specifications and drawings within budget and time schedules
- Maintain effective communication and report the status of construction progress to the project team
- Manage the RFI and change order process in the field
- Assist with the preparation of change orders
- Maintain excellent project records and documentation of delays and other potential project impacts
- Maintain detailed accurate and complete documentation of construction activities
What you will need to have:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering / Masters Degree (Optional but Beneficial)
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM) / Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Relevance of experience in Rotating & Static Equipment Installation and Strong understanding of Oil & Gas operations (Brown Field)
- Minimum of 2025 Years of experience with at least 10 years in a managerial role with a focus in the Oil & Gas Projects in the Middle East
- Having previous experience with ADNOC projects (ADNOC approval is advantage)
- Proven track record of managing largescale projects

- Is outgoing and skilled communicator
- Is able to work both independently and as team leader exercising professional judgment and coordination skills
- Has excellent organizational skills
- Is passionate about his/her field of expertise and determined to succeed
