  • Repair all plumbing fixtures, and equipment's.
  • Receive and complete work orders within allotted time in line with SLA & KPI, with quality & satisfactory.
  • Maintain inspection and inventory of owned tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean.
  • Responds to all CM & PPM within the specified service level agreements and operational policies.
  • Evaluating problematic systems or facilities and reporting to supervisors/ superiors.
  • Coordinates with other team / customer/ reporter and ensures satisfactory completion of work.
  • Promotes a safe work environment and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment all the time.
  • Responds to emergency situations during and after hours for to resolve the emergency requirements
  • Proper explanation, coordination and handing over if any pending issues, to supervisor and the next shift.
