  • Familiar with International codes and standards(BS,ASTM.ACI etc.), concrete/asphalt mix designs, laboratory testing of concrete, asphalt, earth works and grouting
  • Have working knowledge and interpretation ss of building sectional/reinforcement and structural steel drawings
  • Has knowledge and experience to solve civil, building, structural issues onsite and provide guidance to subcontractors.
  • Computer proficiency, communication & interpersonal ss, fluent in written & spoken English, software ss to include the use of word, e-mail, spread sheets and presentation.
  • Positive "can do" attitude & strong work ethic, conceptual thinking, problem solving & ability to work under pressure. Optimise the installation of equipment.
  • Trained in lifting and scaffolding supervision (preferred).
