About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Centre Project Manager to oversee the planning execution and delivery of data centre projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management data centre operations and IT infrastructure. This role requires excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills to ensure projects are completed on time within scope and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage data centre projects from initiation to completion.

  • Develop project plans including scope schedule budget and resource allocation.

  • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including IT facilities and vendors.

  • Monitor project progress and performance ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.

  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.

  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management with a focus on data centre projects.

  • Prior UAE experience is highly desirable.

  • Strong understanding of data centre infrastructure including power cooling networking and security.

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of data centre best practices and industry standards (e.g. Uptime Institute TIA942).

  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management principles.
