Overview: As a Business Analyst you will be instrumental in ensuring that Inceptions AI solutions meet the operational and strategic needs of our clients. This role requires strong analytical skills clientfocused problemsolving abilities and expertise in understanding and translating client requirements into actionable insights for crossfunctional teams. Working closely with customer success and delivery teams you will support the Director Customer Success in optimizing solution delivery enhancing client satisfaction and improving overall service quality.

Partnering with Microsofts AI SaaS we offer domainspecific Agentic AI Orchestrator platform utilizing reasoning agents for precise and costeffective services. Our focus includes AI incubation IP creation applied AI R&D and AI investment products. By creating models tailored to specific domains and languages we ensure superior accuracy and efficiency. Collaborating with top universities and industry giants to drive significant advancements in AI technology within the region. Responsibilities: Client Requirements Gathering & Analysis
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals challenges and requirements ensuring solutions are aligned with their strategic objectives.
  • Conduct indepth business analysis to translate client needs into technical requirements workflows and specifications for development and delivery teams.
  • Document and maintain a detailed record of client requirements use cases and deliverables providing clarity and direction throughout the solution lifecycle.
Data Analysis & Insights Generation
  • Analyze client and operational data to identify trends performance gaps and opportunities for improvement supporting datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Generate actionable insights from data analysis to recommend enhancements in delivery processes and client engagement practices.
  • Develop reports dashboards and visualizations to communicate key findings and progress updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
Process Improvement & Optimization
  • Identify areas for process improvement within the delivery organization proposing and implementing changes to enhance efficiency quality and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline delivery processes enabling scalability and consistency in client experiences.
  • Support the Director Customer Success in implementing best practices for project management documentation and communication.
Crossfunctional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a liaison between clientfacing and technical teams ensuring clear communication and alignment on client requirements and delivery timelines.
  • Work closely with product engineering and customer success teams to ensure smooth delivery and continuous improvement of solutions.
  • Assist in coordinating workshops training sessions and regular client meetings gathering feedback and documenting outcomes for continuous improvement.
Qualifications: Skills and attributes for success
  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance Computer Science or a related field; advanced degree or certification in business analysis is a plus.
  • 3 years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role within a deliveryfocused or technologydriven environment.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a proven track record of translating client requirements into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Excel Tableau Power BI) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Jira Asana).
  • Knowledge of AI machine learning or SaaS products is a plus as well as experience in the financial or technology sectors.
