AECOM is seeking a Graduate Advisory Consultant to support our dynamic projects through research analysis and datadriven insights. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects across multiple disciplines while developing technical expertise under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts research and data analysis to support client projects and business initiatives.
- Assists in preparing reports presentations and technical deliverables.
- Supports the collection management and validation of data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Assists in drafting Requests for Information (RFIs) to facilitate data gathering and analysis.
- Contributes to quality assurance and quality control (QAQC) processes to uphold project standards.
- Maintains and updates technical libraries benchmarks and resource databases for project use.
- Works collaboratively with senior team members gaining exposure to multidisciplinary projects and strategic problemsolving.
What we are looking for:
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint); experience with analytical software is a plus.
- A proactive detailoriented approach with a passion for problemsolving and continuous learning
Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Science in Economics Management Civil Engineering Real Estate Investment Finance Planning Development Strategy Information Technology Asset Management or Facilities Management disciplines (or equivalent) from an accredited internationally recognized Institute or University.
- Must be a 2024 or 2025 graduate.
- A minimum GPA of 2.8 or a 2:1 (or equivalent) and above.
- Available to start in September 2025 with earlier start dates considered on a casebycase basis.
- A strong passion for learning professional growth and contributing to AECOMs Emiratisation initiatives through the Fursa Program.
- Eligibility: As part of AECOMs commitment to Emiratisation and in compliance with UAE labor law only UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered for this role.
