We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with experience in the hospitality industry to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy Development: Plan develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals and market trends in the hospitality sector.

  • Online Advertising Campaigns: Create manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Google Ads Meta etc.) to drive traffic and conversions. Focus on targeting the right audience segments and maximizing ROI.

  • SEO & Content Management: Improve website content onpage and offpage SEO to increase visibility on search engines. Collaborate with content creators to ensure highquality SEOoptimized content.

  • Social Media Marketing: Develop social media strategies across platforms (Instagram Facebook Twitter) to promote our brand engage followers and manage online reputation.

  • Email Marketing & CRM Management: Build and execute targeted email marketing campaigns leveraging customer data for personalization and segmentation. Manage the CRM to nurture leads and drive guest retention.

  • Hospitality Platforms: Optimize property listings on Expedia Airbnb and other OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) to increase visibility and bookings. Monitor reviews and ratings to ensure positive brand reputation.

  • Performance Analysis: Analyze data and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Provide regular reports on digital marketing performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Hospitality Management or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 13 years of experience in digital marketing preferably in the hospitality industry with handson experience managing hospitality platforms like Expedia and other OTAs.

  • Skills:

    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics Google Ads social media management platforms).
    • Strong understanding of SEO SEM PPC and online advertising.
    • Experience with content creation copywriting and email marketing.
    • Knowledge of online reputation management and guest experience optimization.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
