Job Summary
A university is seeking applications for the head mens soccer coach. This newly created position will be responsible for the development coaching organization and management of the mens soccer program. In addition this position is responsible for the recruitment of prospective studentathletes.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Player skills development and sportsmanship
  • Player training and conditioning
  • Oversight of all aspects of game and practice planning
  • Recruitment enrollment and retention of qualified studentathletes
  • Weekend and evening hours are required
  • Scheduling of home and away contests
  • All other duties as required

Required Skills
CPR/First Aid certification is required and may be obtained on the job.

Experience
College soccer playing experience and a minimum of 23 years coaching experience preferably within the last three years and at the college level are required.

Applicants must have recruiting experience and knowledge of and adherence to regulations.
