  • Work closely with structural MEP and interior design teams to resolve design clashes and optimize project efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations authority requirements and GCC project standards.
  • Oversee BIM documentation technical submissions and project deliverables.
  • Conduct clash detection model validation and coordination reviews using Navisworks and BIM 360.
  • Provide technical expertise in BIM workflows model audits and quality control.
  • Assist in project planning scheduling and integration of Lean BIM methodologies.
  • Support the project team with technical guidance problemsolving and best BIM practices.
  • Attend project meetings liaise with consultants contractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth project .

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with proven expertise in GCC projects especially in the UAE.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit (BIM) Navisworks AutoCAD and BIM 360.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations authority approval processes and international BIM standards.
  • Excellent technical expertise in architectural detailing coordination and model management.
  • Ability to lead BIM coordination meetings troubleshoot modelrelated issues and optimize workflows.
  • Strong problemsolving communication and leadership skills.
  • Must be locally available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
