Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance

  • Monitor compliance with local, national, and international regulations and industry standards.
  • Act as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies and manage audits and inspections.
  • Serve as the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO), handling FIU notifications and maintaining confidentiality.

Policy Development & Risk Management

  • Screen customers, vendors, and employees to ensure adherence to compliance standards.

Training & Awareness

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Inspect records for compliance with AML/CFT regulations and detect suspicious transactions.
  • Prepare periodic compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.

Incident Management

  • Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain an incident database and follow through on resolution measures.

Collaboration & Support

  • Collaborate with internal departments like Audit, QHSE, and Legal to address compliance issues.
  • Assist in other duties as assigned by the Group Internal Audit Manager or management.
