Daily Logistics Tasks:Monitor live shipment status across the GCC region to ensure that P&G items reach every major supermarket on time.
Collaborate with warehouse floor managers to clear bottlenecks when too many trucks arrive at the loading docks simultaneously.
Log data about product batch numbers and expiry periods into the central P&G enterprise resource planning system.
Prepare daily reports for the senior management team regarding any shipping delays or transport challenges encountered during the day.
Rules for Selection:Data Accuracy: Maintaining high-quality records in the system requires extreme focus to prevent expensive shipping mistakes.
Communication: Speaking clearly with transport teams and retail warehouse managers ensures that the whole supply chain works smoothly.
Analytical Thinking: Solving quick problems, such as finding extra space for unexpected arrivals in a full warehouse, is a daily requirement.
