We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in managing our financial operations and supporting the company’s growth. Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Record and monitor all real estate transactions including property sales, lease payments, and commission structures. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Oversee company expenses, supplier payments, and petty cash management. Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations. Support management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Ensure timely closing of accounts and assist in audits. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all financial data. Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate or property management sector. Strong understanding of UAE accounting standards, VAT laws, and financial reporting. Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, or Zoho Books. Advanced MS Excel skills and financial data analysis capabilities. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
