Own on-site conversion end to end for a $1Billion+ e-commerce brand. Find where the revenue is leaking, and decide what changes.
Up to AED 37,000/month (tax-free) + monthly performance bonus of up to 25% of base
Location:
Dubai, UAE (On-site) with relocation assistance and visa support Growth path from here is Director of Conversion & Experimentation → fluid scope at the intersection of experimentation, merchandising strategy, and site revenue ownership. What takes 4-5 years elsewhere happens in 1-2 here. We've been AI‑first since December 2023: session recordings and heatmap data run through AI summarisation before a hypothesis is written, and test concepts are generated and pressure‑tested with AI before they reach Design. You'd be building on a foundation, not evangelising one. Role Overview Puffy, a market‑leading, nine‑figure D2C brand and Top 5 US mattress brand with over $1Billion in sales, is hiring a Senior CRO Manager to own on‑site conversion rate optimisation with authority over the experimentation roadmap, UX and merchandising direction, purchase‑journey design, and the optimisation backlog, reporting directly to the VP Digital Experience & Conversion. This role exists to convert behavioural and quantitative data into revenue the business can bank, building the hypothesis pipeline, testing standards, and prioritisation system that let conversion improve without executive attention on every decision. It is a senior individual‑contributor seat with no direct reports, where influence comes from evidence. The Problems You'll Own:
Primary: Grow conversion on a site that already converts: A three‑person analytics team owns the data infrastructure and pipelines, so tracking and reporting are already built — you start with clean data, not six months of tagging. The site receives high traffic supported by $2M+/month in digital advertising, but test duration depends on eligible traffic, conversion rates, and the size of the effect being measured and a tenth of a percent is material revenue — but mattresses are high‑consideration, signal per visitor is thin, and a premium brand standard sets the bar every test has to clear. The problem is deciding what to test, in what order, and being right often enough that Revenue Per Visitor moves. Secondary: Make the commercial levers earn their place: Pricing presentation, comparisons, bundles, upsells, promotional messaging, trust signals, and risk reversal have the most direct line to Revenue Per Visitor, and are most often set by habit, not evidence. Each carries a brand cost if pushed too hard on a premium product. The work is establishing which of them move a high‑consideration buyer, and at what intensity.
The Career Accelerator This is not a role where you run someone else's backlog, wait on a roadmap you didn't write, and report results after the decision was made. The scope is scarce: very few Senior CRO Managers own the experimentation roadmap, UX and merchandising direction, pricing and promotional psychology, and the commercial outcome at once, with a direct line to the VP Digital Experience & Conversion and no layers in between. Your first 12 months: build the prioritised optimisation backlog and the logic that ranks it. Run the experimentation roadmap end to end — hypothesis, experiment design, implementation, QA, launch, analysis, validation. Rebuild the mobile purchase journey around viewport priority, information hierarchy, and progressive disclosure. Restructure pricing, comparisons, bundles, upsells, trust signals, and risk reversal against conversion evidence. Set the testing standards Design and Development work against. Cross‑reference paid‑media performance against on‑site behaviour to find where the next conversion opportunity sits. Shape the future of conversion optimisation at Puffy, where on‑site performance decides the return on $2M+/month in digital advertising. What Is In It For You This isn't just another CRO role. This is your chance to become a true industry architect. Full Ownership of the Conversion Agenda
You decide what gets tested and in what order, design the experiments, and direct Design and Development on layout, hierarchy, imagery, and interaction. The backlog is yours, and so is the reasoning behind it. You're accountable for conversion rate and Revenue Per Visitor rather than test volume, and you present the evidence behind every recommendation to senior leadership. Diagnosis comes before prescription.
