The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical precision to craft compelling narratives that shape industry conversations.Main Responsibilities:Develop Omni-Channel Content Strategy: Identify market themes, customer insights, brand pillars, and competitive dynamics to create a cohesive content plan across all platforms.Advance Key Messages: Oversee the development and consistent application of core strategic messages that elevate audiences from awareness to consideration to conversion.Thought Leadership Program: Lead the creation of a robust thought leadership program by identifying emerging trends, research opportunities, and elevating executive and SME voices to position Siemens as a technology leader in the region.Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key media, pitch compelling stories, manage interviews, and coordinate executive media appearances to secure high-impact earned media coverage.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a strategic partner and advisor to digital, business communications, internal communications, and country communications teams to ensure message alignment and cohesive storytelling across channels.KPI Development and Analysis: Define KPIs for content, thought leadership, and media relations; use analytics to understand performance, refine strategies, and improve ROI.
