Egis is currently looking for a Principal Engineer Mechanical Infrastructure its Infrastructure Team in the UAE to support with the technical delivery of multiple Infrastructure projects across the GCC.ResponsibilitiesProvide key technical expertise and input at different stages of multiple projects to ensure the highest technical quality of delivery within the Utilities discipline.Monitor the technical quality of Utilities projectsResponsible for participation in the progress and coordination meetings of the design projectsResponsible for the preparation and review of mechanical design calculations drawings specifications and tender documents for the design projectsLiaise with relevant local authority departments associated with completing the projectPrepare comprehensive reports and design documentation for Mechanical Infrastructure ProjectsConduct hydraulic modelling and surge analysisPrepare District Cooling Load CalculationEnsure the quality and timely delivery of infrastructure projectsCollaborate with all disciplines and departments to provide design reports and liaison supportQualificationsDegree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or similarA minimum of 9 plus years working in pumping stations and lift stations particularly in association with pumps and associated pipingExperience in District Cooling and Chilled Water SystemExperience in Utility Tunnels and CulvertsCandidate shall have experience in Infrastructure ProjectsExcellent interpersonal skills and strong technical writing and communications skillsWorking knowledge of relevant software packages like REVIT WaterGEMS HAMMERBIM experience is requiredKnowledge of clash resolution of utilities modeling software like NavisworksRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFulltime #J-18808-Ljbffr
