This role is for a Creative Director, reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, managing the Graphic Design Studio team of 12+ members. The role will be responsible for creatively representing the company and its subsidiaries through branding and creative communications. The Creative Director should be people-oriented, collaborating with internal and external clients, and handling high-level design concepts. Additionally, the role involves visual design, recruiting, and managing third-party design firms.Key responsibilities include:Overseeing the execution of all creative efforts, including planning, development, and defending business objectives.Developing creative concepts and executing projects across all media types.Providing detailed direction to creative staff and reports.Leading education and development of creative team members.Managing multiple projects from concept to completion.Supervising, managing, developing, and inspiring the creative team.Managing marketing KPIs, budgets, and ensuring cost efficiency.Guiding and adhering to the creative department’s best practices and processes.Qualifications include:At least 15 years of management experience, preferably with award-winning multinational agencies, currently as a Creative Director.Experience managing a creative team of 8 or more graphic designers, art workers, etc.Proficiency in both media for integrated campaigns.Advanced budgeting and project management skills.Ability to handle conflicts and challenging situations confidently.Ability to coach, provide feedback, and train team members.Excellent English language skills.A fast thinker with a positive attitude and energy.Passion, commitment, integrity, humility, and dynamism.About The Company:Mackenzie Jones Middle East has extensive expertise in HR, marketing, finance & accounting, sales, secretarial & business support, management consulting, and engineering recruitment.
