House Manager in Abu Dhabi, UAEA prestigious family in Abu Dhabi, UAE is seeking a highly qualified and experienced House Manager to oversee and manage their household. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in a similar role for high-profile families or individuals. The House Manager will be responsible for supervising the household staff, managing schedules and budgets, coordinating events and functions, and ensuring the smooth operation of the household. Fluency in English is required, along with excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1300 per month.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all aspects of the household including staff management, scheduling, budgeting, and event coordination- Hire and train new staff members as needed- Maintain inventory of household supplies and manage purchasing- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs or renovations- Plan and coordinate events such as dinner parties or gatherings- Ensure the security and safety of the household at all times- Manage and maintain household budgets- Develop procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency- Maintain open communication with the family at all timesRequirements:- Minimum of 5 years experience as a House Manager for high-profile families or individuals- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage a diverse team- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Knowledge of budgeting, event planning, and vendor management- Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all timesThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced House Manager looking to work in a prestigious family setting in Abu Dhabi.
