VP, Private Equity (Funds & Co-investments) Director @ Principle Partners | Connecting talents with leading Private Equity funds Hiring for an VP, Private Equity for the client's Funds & Co-Investments team, the team aims to identify and invest with leading private equity funds, and also in selective co-investments alongside fund managers across North America & Europe, while adopting a long-term view. Main ResponsibilitiesWork as a key member of small deal teams to assess and execute private equity fund investments and co-investments across various strategies and industries in Asia & Europe Present and defend investment proposals to Investment Committees Help monitor and maintain relationships with existing managers and source potential new fund managers Represent the firm at fund managers’ annual investor meetings and participate in meetings with the leaders of PE firms and the management teams of prospective co-investments Work on special projects typically related to strategy, portfolio planning and portfolio constructionRequirementsBA/BS with strong academic qualifications.
