Description An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions industry best practices multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology company procedures and leading independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. May act as the team lead on projects providing coaching guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects. 6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed. Apps / tech architect role is a challenging, exciting opportunity for you to manage full lifecycle Cloud Implementations while using Oracle's OUM or TCM for Cloud. You will manage multiple cloud projects and be responsible for the successful delivery of those projects. You will work with leaders in Oracle Consulting Development and Support focused on Oracle's Cloud products. You will manage an international team of architects and consultants. 10 years of experience relevant to this position. Demonstrated ability to follow solid project management principles and successfully manage projects of increasing complexity. Comfortable working in a matrix management environment. Strong influencing and negotiation skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers and vendors. Product technology or industry expertise relevant to the portfolio focus. Ability to travel to Middle East as needed. You’ll be here to make customers succeed by unlocking capabilities and being their long‑term partners in the Cloud. Lead a project team in delivering an Oracle Cloud or On‑Prem technology solution to the customer for small, medium and large projects. Manage all project resources including subcontractors. Provide day‑to‑day direction to the project team and regular project status to the customer. Manage scope, cost, schedule and contractual deliverable which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control and risk management. What we are looking for Bachelor or Masters degree Previous solid experience in managing full life cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud and/or On‑Prem complex projects Strong analytical and time management skills Ability to work well remotely with a diverse project team Ability to balance investigating and troubleshooting on your own Fluent in English and/or French; Arabic as a mother tongue Specific prior implementation experience of Oracle applications and/or technology products International and cross‑cultural project management experience PM Methodology certification is a must Scrum Master certification is an advantage Excellent experience consolidating and harmonising business management systems Prior consulting and/or project management experience required Self‑starter, confident, driven with strong organizational skills Specific knowledge of Oracle industry solutions is an advantage Significant C‑level presentation experience Flexible to travel to Middle East as per project requirements As part of Oracle's employment process candidates will be required to successfully complete a pre‑employment screening process.
