We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in the facade lighting industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and prior fieldwork experience. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, meeting clients, building relationships with architects, consultants, and builders, and promoting our innovative facade lighting solutions.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 2–5 years of field sales/marketing experience (facade/lighting/construction industry preferred)Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to understand technical concepts related to lighting and architectureSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyProficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing basics is a plusRoles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute field-based sales and marketing strategies to promote facade lighting solutionsVisit architects, consultants, builders, and contractors to pitch our lighting products and servicesGenerate new leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and follow-upsPresent product demonstrations, technical information, and design support to clientsMaintain strong relationships with existing and potential customersCollaborate with the design and technical team to provide customized lighting solutionsMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and project developmentsPrepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to the managementEnsure sales targets and revenue goals are consistently achievedRepresent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events #J-18808-Ljbffr
