Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Umm Al Quwain for a Quality & Health Safety Environment Officer. Is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and enforcing all health, safety, and environmental standards across our manufacturing facility. The QHSE Officer will conduct risk assessments, develop and deliver safety training programs, audit existing procedures, and proactively identify potential hazards. You will work closely with production and management teams to promote a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with company policies, UAE regulations, and international standards. Key duties also include maintaining accurate safety records, preparing regular reports, monitoring environmental compliance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to prevent workplace incidents and ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Health & Safety practices, safety standards, and compliance requirements Proficiency in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) regulations Hands‑on experience with Occupational Health and Workplace Safety procedures NEBOSH certification (mandatory or highly preferred) Excellent risk assessment, auditing, and problem‑solving skills Ability to conduct safety training and communicate safety policies effectively Experience in fiberglass, prefabrication, construction, or manufacturing industries is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field #J-18808-Ljbffr
