Emergency Procedures Assistance: Assist physicians during emergency procedures such as intubation and wound care. Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor and record patients' responses to treatments and report any changes in condition. Patient Support: Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families. Patient Education: Educate patients on their condition, treatment options, and self-care after discharge. Collaboration: Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and timely patient care. Infection Control: Ensure compliance with infection control policies and procedures. Professional Development: Stay updated with advancements in emergency nursing and participate in continuing education. Qualifications and Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN) . Licensing: Valid nursing license and registration. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency department setting. Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications. Skills: Strong clinical skills and ability to make quick decisions under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
