The RoleThe Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of roles in Wasserman s Middle East business. Working closely with hiring managers, regional leadership and the wider People team, you will help define hiring needs, build strong candidate pipelines and deliver an excellent recruitment experience from initial brief through to offer. You will combine strong recruiting fundamentals with an understanding of the Middle East talent market and the ability to identify people who can thrive in Wasserman s collaborative, entrepreneurial and culturally driven environment.
What You ll DoManage the full recruitment lifecycle across roles in the Middle East from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers and handover to onboardingPartner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements and the capabilities required for successDevelop effective sourcing strategies to identify high-quality talent across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle EastProactively build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsSource candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, recruitment platforms and direct outreachScreen and assess candidates against both technical requirements and cultural alignmentCoordinate interview processes and ensure candidates and hiring managers have a clear, efficient and positive experienceAdvise hiring managers on recruitment strategy, candidate availability and market conditionsSupport offer development and candidate negotiations in partnership with the People teamBuild relationships with recruitment agencies and other external talent partners where appropriateMaintain accurate recruitment data and provide visibility on pipeline health, hiring progress and recruitment metricsChampion inclusive hiring practices and help ensure diverse candidate pipelinesSupport employer-brand initiatives and help strengthen Wasserman s reputation as an employer across the regionContribute to broader talent and People initiatives as the Middle East business continues to growWhat We re Looking ForPrevious experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within the Middle EastExperience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles simultaneouslyStrong direct sourcing and candidate-identification skillsGood knowledge of the UAE and broader Middle East talent landscapeConfidence partnering with senior stakeholders and challenging or advising hiring managers when neededExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentA proactive, resourceful and solutions-oriented approachHigh attention to detail and a strong commitment to candidate experienceComfort working within an international, matrixed organisationExperience recruiting within sports, entertainment, marketing, creative agencies, experiential, media or professional services would be particularly valuableWhat Success Looks LikeYou will be successful in this role if you can build trusted relationships with hiring managers, develop strong talent networks across the region and consistently bring high-quality candidates into the business.
