Overview Job Title: Commercial Manager - Connectivity Location: Dubai, UAE Who we are recruiting for A leading technology innovator in the maritime and defense sector is looking for a Qualified and Inspired Commercial Manager with SATCOM expertise to support the growth of their Connectivity Department. This is a strong opportunity for a motivated professional seeking leadership, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration in a high-performance environment. Responsibilities Assisting the department head with day-to-day operations, team leadership, project delivery and product pricing. Collaborating across departments to ensure customer satisfaction, from billing to legal. Engaging with technical teams to solve support issues promptly and efficiently. Enhancing revenue through creative after-sales strategies and customer engagement. Driving vendor partnerships and representing the company at global industry events. Ideal candidate / Qualifications 4-5 years\' experience in a managerial role within the SATCOM industry. Technical knowledge in VSAT, IT networks, and connectivity solutions. Background in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or similar. Strong communicator, creative problem-solver, and deadline-driven leader. Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in project management. Strong track record in engaging new and existing clients. What’s in it for you?
