The team collaborates with Centres of Excellence (COEs), Global Business Services (GBS), and regional leadership to deliver strategic HR initiatives and operational support. The team is part of a globally connected people team where ideas and initiative are valued. The Role As HR Advisor, you will provide dedicated support to the HR Manager / Business Partner and their client groups, handling day-to-day operational issues. You will work with COEs and GBS to ensure effective delivery of people processes and alignment of HR initiatives with the organization’s goals. This role requires solid HR knowledge, project management, analytical capability, and the ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across levels and jurisdictions. You will need to be proficient in HRIS and analytics tools to produce insight for the HR Manager / Business Partner and assist with coordinating cyclical HR processes. Depending on experience, you may take direct accountability for some groups (with oversight from a HR Manager) and lead regional projects, sharing knowledge with the team. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide HR support and guidance across multiple jurisdictions while being sensitive to cultural nuances. Facilitate cross-regional collaboration, especially between UK and MEA HR teams including COEs and GBS to align activity and solutions. Support business leaders in addressing people-related challenges and implementing solutions that support business goals across regions. Ensure HR policies are communicated and implemented consistently across departments, regardless of location. Support HR Managers / Business Partners to drive a high-performance culture. Lead and support people-related projects and change initiatives with project management input. Use data and analytics to inform key people decisions. Build relationships with stakeholders as a trusted advisor. Understand local employment/labor law and adapt HR practices to local laws, customs, and business norms. Advise and coach managers on performance or conduct concerns through best practice processes. Collaborate with HR Manager / Partner, senior HR team and the business on change-management projects. Liaise with Resourcing on recruitment and capacity management activities.Analytics and Management Information Experience in using modern HR technology is important. This role will be responsible for monthly production and analysis of HR reports, including but not limited to: Attrition analysis and insight, Talent management reporting, Diversity & Inclusion, Workforce management, and Performance insight. Cyclical Processes Provide support for all annual cyclical processes including: Annual performance management cycle, Talent Management Salary Review, Engagement survey, and Promotion cycles. Employee RelationsProvide advice and mediation for employee relations issues to managers and employees. Monitor probation periods with policy guidance; coordinate and facilitate disciplinary and grievance processes as appropriate. Assist with restructuring, consultation and redundancy procedures. Proactively monitor absence levels (short and long term) including occupational health referrals and Group Income Protection (GIP) claims. Manage secondments within client groups.Essential ExperienceProven experience in an advisor/generalist role, ideally in a professional services environment with UK exposure. Experience supporting teams across multiple countries and cultures, with ability to adapt HR practices to different legal, cultural, and business environments. Understanding of current employment and labor law, particularly for employee relations and case management. Proficiency with HRIS and data analytics tools to produce people insight; strong project management and change management skills. Graduate or equivalent; ideally CIPD qualified or working towards qualification.Essential SkillsAbility to prioritise, meet deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
