Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and experienced Security Assistant Manager to ensure smooth and efficient operations within our Leisure Facility, in alignment with the Company’s Core Processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring a safe, secure, and exceptional guest experience, from the facility opening to closing. The Security Team Leader will supervise a team of security colleagues, maintain high presentation standards, oversee daily operations, and respond effectively to incidents, including potentially stressful or critical situations. Key Responsibilities Manage and lead a team of security colleagues, including attendance, grooming, coaching, appraisals, and personal development. Prepare duty schedules and ensure operational readiness while respecting colleagues’ time-off needs. Plan and deliver on-the-job and off-the-job training to develop skills and maintain service standards. Motivate and recognize team members through incentives and reward programs. Ensure departmental policies, procedures, and performance standards are followed and updated as necessary. Monitor service delivery, guest satisfaction, and operational performance; propose improvements when needed. Track and manage financial targets, inventory, and stock within the security department. Participate in daily operations, setting a positive example for the team. Organize evacuation drills, monitor security systems, and report irregularities. Liaise with authorities (Police, Civil Defense, etc.) to maintain strong relationships and compliance. Handle guest complaints promptly and ensure security standards are upheld. Conduct recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management for security colleagues. Maintain safety, health, and environmental compliance within the Leisure Facility. Ensure proper opening and closing procedures of the facility and secure premises after hours. Prepare and forward daily security reports to management.
