Civil Foreman/Site Supervisor Calidus, LLC located in Al Wathba, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. We are looking for a Civil Foreman/Site Supervisor (Fit-out and Construction works) to join our team. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans as per the work and line manager requirements. Managing construction and facility workers and delegating tasks to meet deadlines. Emphasizing safe use of tools, machinery and equipment while providing training on safety gear, helmets and procedures. Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably. Regularly reporting project status to site engineers and other officials. Performing regular inspections of the construction site and facilities maintenance and modification works. Identifying potential safety hazards and managing them accordingly. Ensuring all personnel comply with health and safety practices, such as wearing the appropriate protective equipment. Managing orders and deliveries of building materials. Assisting civil engineer with planning work activities. Completing and providing the required data for site reports and other records. Handling all the maintenance and modification works for the facilities.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor in fit-out, construction projects and facility management (UAE experience preferred). Technical knowledge of civil, architectural, and finishing works. Proven ability to manage manpower, materials, and on-site logistics. Good understanding of HSE regulations and site safety practices. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications. Proficiency in reporting and basic computer skills (MS Office). Valid UAE driving license (preferred).Location Al Wathba and Al Ain, Abu Dhabi. Employment Type Full-time. Seniority Level Associate.
