About the Position: Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Senior Technician – Electrical to join the resort’s Wynn Oasis team. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Perform installation, servicing, and repair of electrical systems including LV panels, SMDBs, DBs, lighting, sockets, isolators, and control devices. Execute planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules and maintain accurate service records. Respond to complaints and breakdowns, diagnose faults, and carry out corrective actions efficiently. Conduct routine inspections and testing of electrical infrastructure to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational reliability. Read and interpret technical drawings, riser diagrams, and schematics for installations and fault tracing. Coordinate with other trades (HVAC, plumbing, civil) and departments to complete multi‑disciplinary tasks. Support senior technicians in inventory management, stock audits, and spare parts requisition. Maintain healthy stock levels of critical electrical components and consumables. Adhere to permit‑to‑work systems, lockout/tagout procedures, and UAE electrical codes. Assist in energy‑saving initiatives and recommend system upgrades or optimizations. Participate in emergency response and after‑hours callouts as required. Remain flexible to work across different zones or facilities as assigned by management.About You:High school diploma or equivalent technical certification in electrical systems preferred. Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in electrical maintenance and repair. Strong understanding of electrical components, distribution systems, and safety protocols. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and riser diagrams. Proficient in using electrical testing tools and diagnostic equipment. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills. Physically fit to perform manual tasks in varied environmental conditions.
