ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement academic and educational daily academic and educational , supervise, and evaluate teaching and administrative teams.
Establish academic standards, policies, and performance objectives.
Monitor curriculum development and educational programs meet required quality standards and student performance and implement improvement with teachers, parents, students, and management.
Develop staff training and professional development programs.
Monitor budgets, resources, and academic facilities.
Prepare academic reports, performance reviews, and management opportunities to improve educational programs and services.
Ensure a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment.
Represent the organization in meetings with educational authorities and external partners when required.
RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Educational Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in educational leadership or senior academic management.
Strong knowledge of curriculum development and academic leadership and team-management skills.
Strong communication and decision-making abilities.
Good understanding of educational policies and quality standards.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple academic and administrative responsibilities.
UAE education experience is an advantage.
