As an added role you will be one of the 2 EMEA based Consulting Leads for the Security and Resiliency Practice. What you’ll achieve As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of technical Project and Program Managers and highly Technical Consultants including establishment of operational objectives and work plans, responsibility for all people‑management activities, aligning with stakeholders and maturing the Consulting Practice processes /procedures. You will: Engage in the creation of work output such as long‑term objectives and initiatives. Recruiting, training, and developing top talent. Take responsibility for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members. Drive organization‑wide initiatives to promote customer success, innovation, and technical excellence. Oversee project delivery and manage customer escalation. Work with global and local stakeholders to help drive success and growth of the consulting business in the region. Manage a large P&L for the Security & Resiliency Practice and CEEMETA Consulting business. Drive business KPIs and operations metrics at organization level. Share quarterly forecast, capacity plan, pipeline development, capability building plan with executive leadership. Closely work with the Practice Leads in the Global Practice Model to develop new offerings across multiple disciplines. Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements 20+ years of experience in leading teams in a consulting or professional services organization. Strong people management and mentoring skills with ability to drive high morale within a team. Having managed large and widely dispersed teams of Program Managers and Technical Consultants. Strong creative problem‑solving skills. Experience in Security & Resiliency consulting business. Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations. Excellent communication and analytical skills, strong customer handling skills. Strong executive presence. Excellent presentation skills and excel knowledge. Passionate, self‑driven and a go‑getter mindset. Desirable Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field with 20+ years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education/professional experience in a similar role. Prior experience in an IT consulting domain. PMP or Scrum Master or an equivalent certification.
