Preparation and implementation of strategic and operational plans, along with key performance indicators for all activities and projects, is essential for achieving objectives.
Annual budget preparation and monitoring for the specialized museums department, with recommendations for adjustments during execution to align with museum needs and projects, must be reported to management.
Oversight of the development and application of policies, procedures, and primary operations and services in the specialized museums department (e.g., Al-Aqeel Museum, Naif Museum, Coin Museum, etc.).
Ensuring the documentation, registration, and preservation of all exhibited and stored museum artifacts within approved programs and official records, in coordination with the artifacts management and technical and annual inventory of museum artifacts, ensuring the preservation and maintenance of heritage and historical pieces according to recognized standards in coordination with the artifacts management and technical and ensuring the updating of programs, records, and identification cards according to the museum's digital and collaboration with local and international museums and cultural centers to enhance knowledge exchange and strengthen the role of specialized museums.
Preparation of plans for cultural programs and events specific to the specialized museum, along with the issuance of publications and promotional materials in coordination with the marketing and corporate communications department.
Enhancing relationships with media outlets and developing plans and campaigns for media coverage of museum activities and events in coordination with the corporate communications and marketing department.
Communication and coordination with educational institutions to enhance the educational role of the specialized museum and promote visits.
Monitoring the maintenance and restoration of facilities in the specialized museums department and all electronic, audio, and visual devices in coordination with organizational units in the authority.
Supervision and organization of visits for official delegations, both domestic and international, to familiarize them with various activities and events of the specialized museums department.
Oversight of all matters related to daily revenues and ensuring their proper allocation according to established procedures and regulations, in coordination with the finance department.
Encouragement of creative ideas and initiatives that connect new generations with the authenticity and richness of the past.
Preparation of annual reports on achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvements.
Monitoring the application of global star system standards and implementing projects and initiatives derived from evaluation results within the center, coordinating with other departments to meet system requirements.
Discussion of performance reports of the center, results of mystery shopper studies, surveys, and happiness index observations, along with proposing corrective actions.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, History, Archaeology, or equivalent from an accredited university.7 years of relevant professional experience.
