Sr Category Marketing Manager, IN Apparel Amazon.in Fashion team is seeking a creative, analytical, and highly motivated Category Marketing Manager to develop, execute, and evaluate merchandising, marketing, and site experience. Role & Responsibilities Own projects with considerable scope and complexity that impact customer experience and Amazon’s business. Own key traffic drivers for the category and act as a category advocate with central traffic teams. Possess a deep understanding of all traffic‑driving mechanisms (Search, Affiliates, Email, SEO, etc.) and actively engage in optimizing those channels. Work with cross‑functional and technology teams to define, drive, and launch improvements to the shopping experience. Own creation of marketing programs and multiple key traffic drivers to acquire new customers. Conceptualize, design, and execute online and offline marketing initiatives to extend awareness of our products on and off of Amazon. Develop, test, and execute aggressive multi‑channel marketing plans to drive customer acquisition and authority. Conduct in‑depth analyses to determine program effectiveness and continuously improve programs and site initiatives. Develop the category’s style guidelines, merchandising calendar, promotions, and coop packages. Use merchandising and customer‑facing metrics to guide decision making. Present to senior management externally and internally. Meet business goals while ensuring a top‑notch customer experience. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) Experience building, executing, and scaling cross‑functional marketing programs Experience communicating results to stakeholders Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages Preferred Qualifications Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross‑functional teams and agency partners Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint Additional Information Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
