Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care for women of all ages in a professional and patient-focused clinical setting.
Diagnose and manage routine and complex gynecological conditions, including menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, endometriosis, hormonal concerns, and reproductive health issues.
Conduct prenatal, antenatal, and postnatal care, including pregnancy monitoring, ultrasound review, maternal health assessment, and patient counseling.
Perform normal deliveries, Caesarean sections, and gynecological procedures according to patient needs and clinical scope.
Support women with reproductive health guidance, contraception counseling, fertility options, preventive care, and long-term wellness planning.
Collaborate with anesthesiology, pediatrics, radiology, nursing, fertility specialists, and other multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
Provide clear explanations to patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, pregnancy progress, procedure risks, and recovery current knowledge of advancements in obstetrics, gynecology, maternal care, surgical practice, and women's health protocols.
Ensure compliance with DHA or MOH licensing requirements, UAE healthcare regulations, facility standards, and patient safety practices.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation, consultation notes, delivery records, procedure reports, consent forms, and follow-up plans.
Ideal ProfileMedical degree from an accredited institution.
American Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Minimum 7 years of Consultant-level experience in obstetrics and gynecology.
At least 3 years of experience in the UAE or GCC region.
Valid DHA or MOH license as Consultant OB‑GYN.
Western education or Western training is required.
Strong expertise in pregnancy care, gynecological diagnosis, deliveries, Caesarean sections, and women's health procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate patient-centered approach.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural healthcare environment.
