Strong expertise in OpenPages v8.x / OpenPages with configuring Object Types, Fields, Profiles, Workflows, Security Models, Triggers, and experience with Cognos Analytics Reporting, Dashboards, Report Fragments, and Executive Reporting.
Strong knowledge of SQL Development and Oracle or DB2 with OpenPages Data Model, troubleshooting, and platform to FastMap Data Loads, REST API Integrations, ETL Development, or Java/JSP Customizations would be advantageous.
Proven experience providing L2/L3 Production Support and managing incidents in enterprise environments.
Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business stakeholders.
Prior experience within Banking, Financial Services, Regulatory Authorities, Central Banks, or GRC Consulting environments is highly preferred.
