Role Context: The Islamic Studies Teacher plays an important role in helping non-Arab students understand Islamic principles, values, and culture through structured and age-appropriate learning. This position supports academic development and moral growth while ensuring lessons are accessible, engaging, and aligned with school educational standards.

Key Responsibilities
Teach Islamic Studies in English or other suitable language for non-Arab learners according to curriculum standards.
Prepare lesson plans and classroom activities aligned with the age level and learning needs of students.
Teach core Islamic topics including the Five Pillars of Islam, the life of Prophet Muhammad PBUH, stories of the Prophets, basic Fiqh, Islamic manners, Quranic values, Islamic history, and culture.
Create a respectful, positive, and inclusive classroom environment that supports active participation and moral development.
Use varied teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and improve student understanding.
Monitor student progress regularly and provide clear academic feedback to students and parents.
Participate in school events, Islamic celebrations, and extracurricular activities supporting student development.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership to strengthen curriculum delivery and student outcomes.
Serve as a positive role model by upholding Islamic values and professional ethics within the school community.
Integrate technology and interactive tools into classroom learning where accurate academic records, reports, and student performance ProfileMinimum 2 years of teaching experience is required, preferably with non-Arabic speaking students. Fluency in English is mandatory. Arabic language skills are an advantage but not mandatory. Bachelor's degree in Islamic Studies, Education, or a related field is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Familiarity with international or bilingual school environments is highly preferred. Passion for teaching and supporting students in spiritual and moral development. Patience, cultural sensitivity, and a positive teaching approach are essential.
