ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain PL/SQL code to support application requirements, including stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers. Design and optimize database schema, indexes, and other objects for high performance and scalability. Develop and maintain ETL processes to integrate data from various sources into the Oracle database. Monitor and tune database performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize query execution. Collaborate closely with application developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and operational procedures. Develop and execute unit tests, support system and user acceptance testing to ensure quality and functionality. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing PL/SQL code and database systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development.Technical SkillsProficiency in PL/SQL programming and SQL. Experience with Oracle database versions (e.g., Oracle 12c, 19c). Strong understanding of database concepts, normalization, and data modeling. Experience with performance tuning and query optimization. Familiarity with ETL processes and tools. Knowledge of Oracle tools and utilities (e.g., SQL*Plus, Oracle SQL Developer, PLSQL Developer). Working knowledge of NoSQL (MongoDB) is advantageous.Soft SkillsExcellent problem‑solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
