Summary Royal International Construction is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Project HSE Manager to lead all aspects of Health, Safety, and Environmental management across our ongoing civil and infrastructure projects. The role requires a strategic professional with strong leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for promoting a proactive safety culture throughout all project stages. ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, systems, and procedures in alignment with company and project requirements. Ensure compliance with local regulations, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards. Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are effectively implemented. Provide HSE training and awareness programs to all staff and subcontractors. Lead site inspections and support project teams in maintaining a safe working environment. Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities on all HSE matters. Promote a strong safety-first culture, ensuring that HSE objectives are integrated into all project operations.Location Dubai or Abu Dhabi. What will it be like to work for United Al Saqer Group? Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, or Engineering (or a related field). Minimum 15 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental Management within the Civil Engineering and Construction industry. At least 5+ years in a managerial capacity overseeing project-level HSE operations. Proven background in project management and industrial/construction environments.Professional Certifications (Mandatory)NEBOSH Level 6 (or equivalent) CSP (Certified Safety Professional) NVQ Level 6 Lead Auditor Certifications - ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Additional recognized HSE certifications will be considered an advantage.Knowledge & Skills Technical ExpertiseIn-depth knowledge of HSE management systems and procedures. Strong understanding of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and relevant safety legislation. Skilled in risk assessment methods (HAZOP, JSA) and incident investigation techniques.Core CompetenciesLeadership: Ability to inspire and drive a positive safety culture across project teams.
