Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of healthcare processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure operational excellence.
Manage the documentation and reporting of quality assurance activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Facilitate root cause analysis for any adverse incidents, implementing effective preventive measures.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the organization's quality practices remain compliant.
Assist in the preparation for accreditation and certification processes by maintaining comprehensive quality documentation.
Collaborate with clinical teams to analyze patient care data and enhance overall quality outcomes.
Lead training sessions for staff on quality assurance best practices and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality metrics, ensuring timely corrective actions.
Serve as a liaison between management and healthcare teams to drive a culture of continuous quality improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance within a Hospital is must.
Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, nursing, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
Certification in Quality Management (e.g., CPHQ, Lean Six Sigma) is highly desirable.
Proven experience with regulatory compliance frameworks such as ISO, JCI, or NCQA.
Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus for multicultural environments.
Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools to enhance quality reporting.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in training and mentoring staff.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
